Award from Lou Attitude and gratitude


I am terrible at updating my blog and have just spotted Lou from Lou's Blog had passed on the attitude and gratitude award. I will eventually be a blog whizz and won't be so slow on the uptake but in the meantime I want to say big thanks for the award and pass it on to some others that deserve it lots too :)
